VISA information

Please confirm if you need VISA for your entry to Japan with the Web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, MOFA.

We strongly advise you to consult with the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Please note, your entry into Japan is on your own responsibility. It may take more than a month to obtain visa.

All participants who need invitation should complete the procedure for the registration and payment of the registration fee.
