Discontinuance of "AESJ 2011 Annual Meeting in Fukui University"

We would like to inform all the participates the discontinuance of“AESJ 2011 Annual Meeting” in Fukui University", scheduled on 28 to 30th of March, because of the effect of the Tohoku region Pacific Ocean coast earthquake and the situation of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plants.
The further information of this Meeting will be informed on the AESJ HP.

The refund after deducting the amount corresponds to the price of the proceedings (JPY 7,000 at member price) will be made on demand.

Regular Member : JPY 1,000
Student member & Elderly (Silver) member : None (JPY 0)

The amount corresponds to the price of the proceedings (JPY 7,000 at member price) with additional fee for the overdue (JPY 1,000) will be charged to the applicant.

Student member : JPY 5,000
Elderly (Silver) member : JPY 3,000

The bill will be sent with the proceedings CD in April.

*Auditor (Preregistered)

The amount corresponds to the price of the proceedings (Regular member - JPY 7,000, Non member - JPY 10,000) will be deducted from auditor (preregistered) participation fee. Since the proceedings charge higher that the auditor participation fee, no refunds will be made.

*Banquet registration fee and Technical Tour participation fee

The refund will be made on demand.

Although the oral presentation in the annual meeting was not executed, the announcement in the range collected to the proceedings was approved because the proceedings are issued on March 11, already distributed and has been made public.
Therefore, all contents in the proceedings is considered as it was presented in 2011 AESJ Annual Meeting and should be handled as other annual/ fall meetings. The handling of the patent is the same.
